As Lao-tze had a better PR firm representing him, knowledge of the Tao Teh Ching spread far and wide and he is much more broadly known than Lieh-tze. Nevertheless, Lieh-tze, known through the book of the same name, ‘The Book of Lieh-tze,’ is well worth our time. He presents a more penetrable version of the mysticism of the ancient Chinese Taoists. Using the points of convergence of Lao-tze and Lieh-tee’s writings, an image emerges of a simple, yet profound, mystical view of the universe and its origins from the Taoist perspective. This view, when looked at through the mystical view of the account of Creation in the first two days of Genesis, produces stunning parallels and illuminations to all three sources. Your understanding of the Universe and yourself will be all the richer with this understanding in your world view. Please join us for the premier presentation of this synthesis of Eastern and Western mysticism.
